NEW OFFICE HOURS FOR ALLIANCE Beginning, Monday, August 9, 2010 the Alliance Office will be open from 9am-4pm and all visits to the office must be by appointment only. However, please note that the office will be closed on the following days: Thursday, August 12, 2010 Friday, August 13, 2010 Also, please be reminded that due to our high volume of calls, we request that you leave a voicemail or email us at staff@allianceyouthsports.org, if you are unable to reach our staff during office hours. REMAINING OUTSTANDING EQUIPMENT FROM ALLIANCE I am checking every day as to when we will receive it. I will let you know as soon as I hear something. Also, if you have not arranged the painting of your athletes helmets, please see me.
Remainder payment due August 24th. We must make a bulk payment. If you are not PIF, we will not be issuing the uniform SPONSORSHIP FOR THE CLUB
If you know of anyone who would like to sponsor the teams, we are a non profit. Sponsor letters can be given by either our Treasurer or BM (Tonya). If you are able, please assist at the concession stand (bring a little something) water, Gatorade, soda, juice, or food is always appreciated. All proceeds go back to our athletes.
CLEAN UP Please clean up your areas. Trash bags will be provided. We have to keep our field clean so we do not loose our contract. We have a set of rules to follow from the district. Restrooms: Desert West park in the closest. We will soon be down to 2 a week practices so things will get easier
PRACTICE AREA***VERY IMPORTANT***
Please let 's all give our wonderful coaching staff the respect and opportunity to teach our athletes. We have to give them opportune space to conduct their drills. Let us all watch from afar instead of crowding their area. This will allow the athletes to focus on the coaches and their teaching instead of focusing on their parents and the distractions around them. Any coaching questions, please hold until the end of practice. They will be more than happy to answer. Let's get as much "championship practicing" time in as possible.
