2013 LEAGUE COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER 

COOKIE ORDERS DUE AT PRACTICE 08/14/13



HOW IT WORKS:

ALL Alliance players are required to sell 10 orders (unless they choose the $60 buy out option).

If you sell more than 10 boxes, the proceeds from all additional boxes comes straight to our team!!!

The cookie provider this year is Amanda Marie's Homemade Delights (American Youth)


Each cookie order is a 2.5 pound box of pre-cut frozen cookie dough


Price Per Box: $16

FUNDRAISER RULES & INFORMATION

This fundraiser is mandatory for all players on all teams that are part of the Alliance Youth Sports Association. 

Cookie dough sales are cash only transactions. No checks accepted. 

Each player is required to sell 10 boxes at $16 per box or purchase a buy-out of $60.00.

If you choose the buy-out option, you are not allowed to sell cookie dough.

If you sell one box of cookie dough, you must sell the full amount (10 boxes).

If you sell under the required amount (10 boxes) you must also pay the buy out; the two options cannot be combined.

The cookie dough forms and money are due back to the Team Business Manager no later than Wednesday August 14th. The Business manager will submit all orders at one time to Alliance.

If your son/daughter does not participate in this mandatory league fundraiser, they will be flagged by Alliance, and will not be able to participate in games until the buy-out is paid.


Cookie dough will arrive about 3-4 weeks from August 20th
